MITRE 10 HUONVILLE BBQ’s We will be holding fundraiser BBQ’s on the last SATURDAY of each month starting from JANUARY 24′ so come down support the station while enjoying a sausage and a talk to the volunteer members there.

HEART FOUNDATION WALKING GROUPS walking for heart health – Why not get fit while having fun walking with other like minded people. There are two of these Local walking Groups in the Huon valley – Geeveston Gators and Huonville Heart beats, more information may be found at

CYGNET COMMUNITY HUB – Provides a variety of services and activity’s for the surrounding community from fun fundraising events, Markets to  COUNSELLING and PSYCHOLOGY services by appointment. HUONVILLE MENS SHED – Is located at 40-72 wilmot rd, Huonville they offer a large variety of hands on activity’s from woodwork to car mechanics and social days. They also offer membership to women. For more information go to their FB page under Huonville Mens Shed.

KINGBOROUGH HELPING HANDS – Operate Loui’s Foof van Thursday nights 
. Offering bread, fruit & Veg, hot soup, Take home meals and pantry items FREE to those in need at the Kingborough Council building 7-7.30pm then Maranoa Community Centre from 7.30-8pm every Thursday. For more info go to our FB page Kingborough Helping Hands.

COUNTRY WOMENS ASSOCIATION – Kingston & Channel – CWA Kingston Channel Branch are a long established not for profit country community group offering many events and services to the area.
